以聚己内酯二元醇(PCL,Mn=1000)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,采用自乳化法制备水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,并用此聚氨酯乳液与聚乙烯醇(PVA)以及外加交联剂氮丙啶进行复配制得 WPU/PVA 复合乳液。实验研究了m(WPU)/m(PVA)对复合乳液性能及纸张表面性能的影响。研究表明,当复合乳液中 WP U含量为75%,此WPU/PVA复合乳液具有优异的表面施胶性能,纸张耐折度达到1025次,干湿强度分别为162.3,57.4 N,施胶度达到97 s。并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态激光光散射法(DLS)及热重分析(TGA)对聚合物进行了表征。
The anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was successfully prepared by the reaction of polycapro-lactone diols (PCL),toluene diisocyanate(TDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA).A series of waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol compound latex were synthesized by polyurethane,polyvinyl alcohol and aziri-dine as crosslinker. The results show that the compound emulsion owns excellent sizing property when m(WPU)=75%.The papers’folding endurance can reach 1 025 times,paper stiffness reach 72.1 mN,the dry and wet tensile strength respectively reach 162.3,57.4 N,sizing value reach 97 s.The polymer was character-ized with FT-IR,DLS and TG.
