选用具有优良温敏性单体 N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)和具有良好生物相容性及生物可降解性的pH 敏感性天然高分子壳聚糖(CS)为基本原料,采用辐射法合成了PNIPA/CS智能水凝胶,用红外光谱分析了水凝胶的结构,并测定了水凝胶的溶胀动力学、退溶胀动力学和平衡溶胀率,研究了 CS 含量对凝胶性能的影响.结果表明,CS 分子上的 C3—O H 和/或C6—O H 和PNIPA发生了接枝反应,PNIPA/CS水凝胶的溶胀率随着CS含量的增大而逐渐减小.CS含量为20%的水凝胶其溶胀过程主要由链段的松弛来控制,该水凝胶的平均失水率约为94%,其较低温临界温度(LCST)约为37℃.
