通过微观分析及力学性能测试等方法,研究添加定量 Ce、Cu 的基础上,不同含量 Zr (0.06%~0.18%)对铝合金电工圆杆组织与性能的影响.结果表明,添加 Cu(1.9%)可提高铝电工圆杆的抗拉强度,但降低导电率;复合添加的 Ce(0.2%)后,各项性能指标都有所提升;Zr 加入铝电工圆杆中主要形成 Al3 Zr相,并且弥散分布在晶界上,加入0.12%Zr 的合金能够在电导率降低不多的前提下获得较好的力学和耐热性能;加入0.18%Zr 时,粗大 Al3 Zr 粒子和稀土化合物相相互交织在一起呈短柄或粗大粒状分布,附近α-Al基体被挤压成层片状,导致力学性能下降.研究结果有望成为改善和提高铝电工圆杆性能的理论依据和新思路.
The effects of addition of Ce,Cu and Zr(0.06%-0.18%)on microstructure and properties of the alumi-num elctrical round rod were investigated usin microstructure analysis,electrical performance and mechanical properties test.The results of study were showed as follows:the tensile strength of the alminum electrical round rod can be improved when the Cu content was 1 .9%,but decreased its conductivity;each performance index was fined remarkably when the Ce content was 0.2%;The Al3 Zr phase resulting from addition of Zr to the aluminum elctrical round rod was distributed at the grain boundary,the alloy of high mechanical and thermal properties can be got by adding 0.12% Zr,at the same time,the conductivity of aluminum will not be reduced significantly;The Al3 Zr phase and the RE-containing intermetallic compounds in the shape of short shank or coarse granule were j oined together,α-Al matrix is pressed into the shape of lamellar,which leading to the reduction of mechanical properties.The research for the improvement of the performance of the aluminum elctrical round rod provides a theoretical basis and new ideas.
