为提高煤矿巷道锚杆的耐磨性能,延长其使用寿命,利用脉冲电沉积法,在 Q235锚杆表面沉积获得 Ni-TiN 涂层.采用扫描电镜(SEM)和磨损实验机等研究 Ni-TiN 涂层的组织结构和耐磨性能,并利用BP 神经网络模型对 Ni-TiN 涂层的耐磨性能进行预测研究.结果表明,该 BP 神经网络模型结构为3×8×1,其实验值与预测值的拟合相似度 R =0.9994,最大相对误差为1.56%,最小相对误差为0.83%.SEM 分析表明,当采用电流密度4.5 A/dm2、脉冲占空比30%及 TiN 粒子悬浮量6 g/L 时,Ni-TiN 涂层的磨损量较小.

In order to improve the wear resistance of anchor bolts in the coal roadway,and prolong their service life,Ni-TiN coatings were successfully prepared on the surface of Q235 anchor bolts by using pulse electrodepo-sition method.The microstructure and wear resistance of the coatings were investigated by using scanning elec-tron microscope (SEM)and abrasion tester.And the wear resistances of Ni-TiN coatings were forecasted by using a BP artificial neural network model.The results indicate that the structure of the BP model is 3×8×1, and the fitting similarity is 0.9994.The maximum and minimum relative deviation is 1.56% and 0.83%,respec-tively.SEM presents that the weight loss mass of the Ni-TiN coating is few at a current density of 4.5 A/dm2 , On-duty ratio of 30%,and TiN concentration of 6 g/L.
