采用粉末冶金温压成形技术研制了非晶Fe78 Si9 B13软磁粉芯,研究了磷酸丙酮溶液钝化处理对该种软磁粉芯的微观形貌、密度、磁导率和损耗的作用,结果表明,添加磷酸丙酮溶液可以明显降低软磁粉芯的损耗,但是却减小了密度和磁导率;随着磷酸丙酮溶液浓度由0提高到8%,密度、损耗和磁导率均逐渐降低,添加8%的磷酸丙酮溶液时均达到最低值;添加10%时又都有所回升。

The warm compaction technology of powder metallurgy were used to prepare amorphous Fe78 Si9 B13 soft magnetic powder cores.The effects of passivation treatment of phosphoric acid acetone solution on their mi-crostructure,density,effective magnetic permeability and loss were investigated.The results showed:adding phosphoric acid acetone solution could obviously decrease loss,but decreased density and effective magnetic per-meability simultaneously.With the increase of concentration of phosphoric acid acetone solution from 0 to 8%, the loss,density and effective magnetic permeability all decreased.Until 8% they reached lowest value.Then they all rised again when adding 10% phosphoric acid acetone solution.
