以N,N-二乙丙烯酰胺(DEAAm)和甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯(DEAM)为单体通过自由基聚合合成线性共聚物。通过线性聚合物与交联剂 CL1中的叔胺基团形成季碱结构,获得具有网络结构的氧化还原敏感型阳离子水凝胶(pDEAAm-co-pDEAM-CL1)。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁(1 H NMR)对交联剂CL1结构进行表征,通过FT-IR和扫描电镜(SEM)对聚合物结构和表面形态进行表征。研究了水凝胶在不同介质中的溶胀和降解情况。结果表明该水凝胶在 PBS溶液中具有显著的溶胀现象,在不同的还原性介质中,则表现出溶胀的同时,也表现出不同程度的降解,具有显著的氧化还原敏感性。

A linear copolymers system was synthesized via radical polymerization using N,N-diethylacrylamide (DEAAm)and N,N-Diethylacrylamide (DEAM)as monomers.N,N-bis (4-chlorobutanoyl)cystamine was used as disulfide-containing cross-linker to form a redox-responsive cationic hydrogels (pDEAAm-co-pDEAM-CL1 )with the linear copolymerss by the quaternization.The structure of CL1 was characterized by FT-IR and 1 HNMR.The hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The swelling and degradation in different medi-um was studied.The disulfides contained hydrogels swelled significantly in PBS buffer.Besides,the PDEAAm-co-pDEAM-CL1 hydrogels showed different degrees of degradation during the swelling process in different re-ducing medium,which proved the swelling and degradation process is redox dependent.
