以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)等为主要原料,采用乳液聚合法合成了常温自交联聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、激光粒度分析仪、热重分析(TGA)等研究了DAAM单体含量、n(DAAM)/n(ADH)比值对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当m(DAAM)=2%,n(DAAM)/n(ADH)=2∶1时,所得杂化乳胶膜的耐水性、力学性能和热稳定性最优。

Polyurethane-acrylate self-crosslinkable hybrid emulsion was prepared by isophorone diisocyanate(IP-DI),polycaprolactone diol (PCL),2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA),diacetone acrylamide (DAAM)as main materials by emulsion polymerization.The structure of the polyurethane-acrylate emulsion and films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR)spectrometer,laser particle size analyzer and thermogravi-metric analyzer (TGA).The effects of DAAM content and n(DAAM)/n(ADH)on the properties of the emul-sions and films were studied.The results show that the water resistance,mechanical property and thermal sta-bility of the films were best when the m(DAAM)was 2% and n(DAAM)/n(ADH)was 2∶1 .
