中性墨水的表观粘度、屈服应力与触变环面积等流变学参数是决定中性墨水质量优劣的重要因素,也事关所灌注中性笔的书写性能。考查了分散树脂种类、炭黑添加量及粒度分布对中性墨水流变参数的影响,并就分散树脂和炭黑添加量对中性墨水流变参数的影响进行了数学拟合。结果表明,大分子量的分散树脂、高炭黑添加量所制备的中性墨水触变环面积、屈服应力和表观粘度均较大;中性墨水色浆中的大粒径颗粒的降低,也使中性墨水的触变环面积、屈服应力和表观粘度流变参数变大。

The fit and unfit quality of gel ink was influenced by apparent viscosity,yield stress,the area of thixo-tropic loop rheological parameter,which also matter the writing performance of gel ink.It was investigated the types of dispersed resin,the content of carbon black,the distribution of particle size on the rheological parame-ters of the gel ink and the dispersed resin and carbon black content on the influence of rheological parameter gel ink mathematical was fitted by mathematical method.The results showed that the large molecular weight of dispersed resin and higher content of carbon black on preparation of gel ink have a larger area of thixotropic loop,higher value of yield stress and apparent viscosity.And the area of thixotropic loop,yield stress and ap-parent viscosity also increase with the proportion of large particle size decrease.
