利用 PCS 和 Be(acac)2合成了一系列含铍聚碳硅烷(PBeCS),通过 FT-IR、NMR、GPC、XPS 等检测方法考察了 Be 含量、反应温度、反应时间对PBeCS 的影响.结果显示,PCS 和 Be(acac)2的反应主要通过消耗 PCS 的 Si—H 键来完成;PBeCS 从Be(acac)2中引入了烯醇式结构:CH 3 CO CH??C O;在270℃左右,Be 含量小于0.8%(质量分数)时,PBeCS 的分子量随着 Be 含量的增加而增大,分布变宽,但 Be 含量在0.8%~1.0%(质量分数)之间时,PBeCS 的分子量随着 Be 含量的增加而迅速减少,分布变窄;提高反应温度、延长反应时间可以使 PBeCS 的分子量增大,分布变宽;PBeCS 的 C 元素和 O 元素的含量的增加来自Be(acac)2.

The precursors of polyberylliumcarbosilane (PBeCS)were prepared by the reaction of polycarbosi-lanes (PCS)and beryllium acetylacetonate [Be(acac)2 ].The influence of beryllium content,reaction tempera-ture and reaction time to the precursors was measured by FT-IR,NMR,GPC,XPS et al.The results shown that the completion of the reaction of PCS and Be(acac)2 was based on the consumption of Si—H bonds,and the precursors had a the enol form structure CH 3 CO CH??C O imported by Be(acac)2 ,and the molecular weight and polydispersity of PBeCS were increased after increasing beryllium content while the content less than 0.8wt%,but decreased at a high speed while its content was 0.8-1.00wt% at about 270 ℃,and the molecular weight and polydispersity of PBeCS were also increased while increasing the reaction temperature and the reac-tion time,and the increasing of carbon and oxygen content in the PBeCS was introduced from Be(acac)2 .
