智能水凝胶是一类对外界刺激如温度、pH值、光、电、离子强度等能产生响应的交联聚合物。这种敏感型凝胶球可以用在生物医药、环境保护等多个领域。主要研究了海藻酸钠(SA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和蒙脱石(MMT)制备出的水凝胶微球(SPM)的溶胀、消溶胀性能;SPM水凝胶微球对 p H 值、盐度和温度的敏感性。实验结果证明,小球的溶胀性能与 SA 浓度呈正相关,与 MMT 浓度则呈负相关。凝胶球中的羰基等基团与烷烃链上的其它基团发生了化学反应,致使红外图谱中部分基团消失。此种 SPM凝胶球对碱性环境、高盐浓度都具有敏感性,但对温度不敏感。

Intelligent hydrogel was a kind of crosslinked polymer which can response to external stimuli such as temperature,pH values,light,electricity and ionic strength.These pH sensitive gel ball can be used in the bio-logical medicine,environmental protection and other fields.The authors mainly studied the swelling and de-swelling performance of SPM hydrogel microspheres made from sodium alginate (SA),polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)and montmorillonite (MMT).The sensitivity to the pH values,salinity and temperature was also test-ed.The experimental results show that the SA concentration was positively correlated with swelling perform-ance while MMT had the negatively effect.The content of carbonyl groups and other groups in alkane chains re-duced and the possible chemical reaction can occur.These gel balls are sensitive to alkaline environment and high salt concentration,but not sensitive to temperature.
