研究再制造清洗过程中积碳难去除的问题,为熔盐清洗技术实际应用提供理论依据。从热膨胀作用、化学作用、表面张力作用以及三者的综合作用分析了熔盐清洗技术的去除机理;用专家打分法分析了配方、温度、清洗时间3因素对清洗效果的影响。随着KNO3含量的降低,清洗温度的升高,去污能力不断提高,在温度升高至320℃以后去污能力不再有明显的变化。在清洗温度为270~330℃之间时,清洗时间越长,KNO3含量降低,清洗时间增加,清洗效果越好,但是当温度高于360℃时,清洗效果有所降低。

In order that the problem that carbon deposition was difficult to be removed in the process of remanu-facturing cleaning,the paper was trying to provide the basis theoretical about the carbon removal.The removal mechanism of molten salt cleaning technology was analyzed from thermal expansion effect,chemical action, surface tension,and the combination effect of these three parts.The paper analyzed the effects of the formula-tion,temperature,cleaning time on cleaning effect using expert scoring method.It shows that the decontamina-tion ability improves constantly with the decrease of KNO3 contents meanwhile the increase of cleaning temper-ature ,but after the temperature rising to 320 ℃,the decontamination ability was no longer obvious improve-ment.The cleaning effect was better with the cleaning time longer,the KNO3 content reduced,and the cleaning temperature increased,while the cleaning temperature was between 270-330 ℃,but when the temperature was higher than 360 ℃,the cleaning effect would be reduced.
