利用单铜辊甩带法制备Fe40Ni38Mo4B(18-x)Six(x=0,2,4,6,8,10和12)非晶合金带材,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)以及精密磁性器件分析仪研究Si元素对FeNiMoBSi合金带材的非晶形成能力和软磁性能影响.结果表明,随着Si元素的添加,合金带材的矫顽力Hc先减小后增大,并在x=4时最小为5.8A/m;Fe40Ni38Mo4B14Si4合金带材在405℃保温10min热处理后获得较高的饱和磁化强度为112.63A?m2/kg,在345℃保温10min热处理后获得较低的矫顽力为7.0A/m.
Amorphous Fe40 Ni38 Mo4B18 (x =0,2,4,6,8,10,12)alloy ribbons were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning method.The effect of Si addition on glass forming ability and magnetic properties of FeNiMoB al-loy ribbons was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM)and precision magnetics analyzer.It was found that as the Si element content add-ed,the coercovity showed a decreasing trend firstly and increased again,Fe40 Ni38 Mo4B14 Si4 amorphous alloy has a lower Hc of 5.8 A/m.It was found that Fe40 Ni38 Mo4B14 Si4 ribbon has the highest B s about 1 12.63 A ?m2/kg at annealed at 405 ℃ for 10 min and the lowest Hc about 7.0 A/m at annealed at 345 ℃ for 10 min.
