利用双槽电化学腐蚀方法制备多孔硅,并用电化学掺杂方法对多孔硅进行稀土元素Er3+/Yb3+掺杂.利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射光谱分析所制备样品的结构和成分;通过对比掺杂前后以及退火前后荧光光谱的变化,分析能级变化情况和能量传递过程,认为可见光区的绿光源于SiOx(1<x<2)氧化层中的Si-O键,可见光区的红光和近红外区域的发光,源于Er3+和Yb3+离子之间交叉弛豫或者选择性跃迁.
