以茶树精油、壳聚糖为主材,利用风干法、冻干法制备4种茶树精油壳聚糖复合材料,并测定材料中松油烯-4-醇的体外释放,运用改良的溶胀控释动力学模型对材料释放行为进行拟合和分析,探讨了茶树精油脂质体壳聚糖冻干材料的释放机理.结果表明,改良的溶胀控释模型能较好地描述茶树精油壳聚糖复合材料中的松油烯-4-醇体外释放行为,R2在0.9584~0.9976之间.茶树精油的分布和结合方式会对模型的拟合产生偏差.松油烯-4-醇在脂质体壳层上的分配效应控制茶树精油脂质体壳聚糖冻干材料的释药,导致松油烯-4-醇匀速、缓慢的扩散过程.
