采用胰蛋白酶对废皮工业明胶进行水解制备胶原蛋白,然后与马来酸酐进行预反应.以过硫酸铵为引发剂,马来酸酐-胶原蛋白与苯乙烯、丙烯酸乙酯单体进行接枝共聚合反应,水相合成出一种新型造纸表面施胶剂.通过单因素实验,以产物接枝率和沉淀率作为指标,对施胶剂的制备条件进行优化;采用傅立叶红外光谱仪、激光粒度仪和X光衍射仪对产物进行表征,并研究产物的施胶应用性能.结果表明,水解胶原蛋白与苯乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯发生了接枝反应,接枝率为60%左右.产物粒径分布较均匀,平均粒径为0.318 μm.产品单独施胶,纸张抗张指数、环压指数和抗水性分别提高了35.270,95.43%和25.36%;产品与苯丙乳液复配施胶,最佳配比为8∶2.
