开展接地材料腐蚀特性评价技术研究有助于了解钢质接地网土壤中的腐蚀规律和特性,有利于材料合理选材和截面选择.开展了镀锌钢接地材料电偶加速腐蚀评价方法的研究.结果表明,镀锌钢-黄铜电偶对金属间的电位差、金属电极的极化行为、阴阳极面积比等是影响腐蚀实验结果的关键因素.电偶作用阴阳极间距与镀锌钢材料腐蚀量近似呈线性关系.随阴阳极面积比的增大,镀锌钢接地材料的电偶腐蚀明显加剧.电偶加速腐蚀实验结果受含水量的变化的影响非常显著,非含水饱和土壤中电偶腐蚀率高于含水饱和土壤.镀锌钢接地材料电偶腐蚀定量评价应固定电极材料、阴阳极间距、阴阳极面积比等关键试验参数,电偶加速腐蚀试验不宜在非含水饱和土壤中进行.

Corrosion characteristic evaluation technology,as an aided tool to study soil corrosion of grounding materials,is of importance to selection of material type and design of cross section.Accelerated galvanic corro-sion test in soil,with the galvanic couple of the galvanized steel (anode)and brass (cathode),was conducted in this paper.Results show that the key factors of galvanic corrosion include the potential difference between anode and cathode,the polarization behavior of the galvanic couple,and the area ratio of cathode to anode,etc.A roughly linear increase in corrosion was observed as the distance of couple decreased.With the increase of the ar-ea ratio of cathode to anode,the galvanic corrosion rate was obviously accelerated.The water in soil exerted dominant control over galvanic corrosion and,generally,the corrosion rate of galvanic couple in water-saturated soil was larger than that in non-saturated soil.Therefore,concerning the quantitative evaluation of galvanized steel corrosion in soil using the accelerated galvanic corrosion method,the electrode material type,the galvanic couple distance,and the area ratio of electrodes,etc.,should be fixed.Accelerated galvanic corrosion test is not suitable to be carried out in non-saturated soil.
