采用HRTEM研究了Ni-Si共晶的位向关系及相界面的微观结构.研究表明共晶体之间的位向关系为(111)Ni∥(111)Ni3Si且[110]Ni∥[211]Ni3Si.它们之间形成这样的位向关系符合界面能量最低原则,使材料性能达到最优状态.两相在?111?向的错配度为5%,界面产生错配位错来吸纳相界面两侧的错配,两相界面为半共格界面.
The orientation relationship and lattice misfit of Ni-Si eutectic alloy were studied by HRTEM.The re-sults showed that the preferential orientation between Ni and Ni3 Si was (111)Ni∥(111)Ni3Si,and [110]Ni∥[211]Ni3Si.This preferential orientation was consistent with the interface energy minimum principle,and let the material keep the best situation.The lattice misfit along ?111?orientation is 5%,and the misfit dislocation caused by the surface can absorb the phase mismatch on either side of the interface.Two phase interface shows a half coherent interface.
