Al/Ni反应叠层箔具有高能量密度特征,并可以由自蔓延反应方式快速释放此能量,所伴随的显著温升现象对于特种焊接具有重要意义。采用不同制备技术获得的 Al/Ni 反应叠层箔的组织结构特征各异,其自蔓延反应动力学特征亦有所不同。迄今所开展的相应反应热、生成相顺序及自蔓延速率的探索已获得了较为丰富的研究成果,为Al/Ni反应叠层箔工程应用的前期研究提供了重要支撑。

The Al/Ni reactive multilayer foils with very high energy density can release a lager of heat rapidly and reach a extremely high temperature in self-propagating reactions,which has important significance in non-conventional welding.The Al/Ni reactive mutilayer foils fabricated by different processes have different micro-structure characteristics and show different kinetic characteristics in self-propagating reaction.Many research results have been achieved in reaction heat,sequence of phase formationin and reaction velocities,which was particularly significant in preliminary studies of the Al/Ni reactive multilayer foils’welding application.
