通过质量损失、抗压强度损失、物相分析、微观形貌分析等方法研究了硫酸溶液、氢氧化钠溶液对磷酸镁水泥的腐蚀情况.研究结果表明硫酸、氢氧化钠溶液会对磷酸镁水泥造成腐蚀.硫酸可与磷酸镁水泥的主要水化产物六水磷酸镁钾(MgKPO4.6 H2 O,MKP)及未水化的氧化镁发生反应.低浓度的氢氧化钠溶液对磷酸镁水泥的腐蚀作用很小,与纯水对磷酸镁水泥的作用相似.高浓度的氢氧化钠溶液对磷酸镁水泥腐蚀作用强烈,高浓度的氢氧化钠溶液与MK P发生反应生成可溶物质.

In this experiment,the corrosion of magnesia phosphate cement (MPC)was studied by means of mass loss,compressive strength loss,phase analysis,micro morphology analysis.Research results show that sul-phoacid and sodium hydroxide solution can cause corrosion of MPC.The main hydration products MgKPO4 . 6 H2 O (MKP)and unhydrated magnesium oxide can react with sulphoacid.Erosion effect of low concentration sodium hydroxide solution on MPC is very small,similar to pure water for MPC’s corrosion.The Corrosion effect of high concentration sodium hydroxide solution on MPC is serious,because sodium hydroxide react with MKP generating the dissolved matter.
