采用水热法制备得到了核壳结构的α-Fe2 O3,并研究了反应温度对产物形貌和结构的影响。使用 X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对样品进行了表征,发现反应温度对产物的最终形貌起到决定性作用。气敏性能研究结果表明样品对甲醛和乙醇的选择性良好;响应/恢复时间短;响应灵敏度高,在100×10-6乙醇气氛下核壳结构体的响应值约为体材料的6倍。
Core-shellα-Fe2 O3 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method.We investigated Influence of hydro-thermal temperature on morphology and structure of the product.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that hydrothermal temperature played a critical role in morphology of the samples.Core-shellα-Fe2 O3 showed good selectivity,rapid responding and recovering,and high sensitivities toward formalde-hyde and ethanol.The response value of core-shellα-Fe2 O3 to 100×10-6 ethanol was about 6 times higher than that of the block.
