采用化学气相沉淀法(CVD)制备了分布均匀的 Cu/CNTs 复合粉末,利用 SEM,TEM和 Raman 光谱分别对其形貌和结构进行表征.结果表明,采用10%(质量分数)Cr催化剂,混合气体(Ar/H2/C2 H4)比例为8∶24.5∶3,生长温度为800℃、生长时间为30 min 时,制备的碳纳米管管壁光滑洁净、管径粗细均匀、几乎没有缺陷,碳纳米管的形貌最佳.
Well-distributed Cu/CNTs composite powders was developed by chemical vapor deposition method (CVD).The crystal phase and micro morphologies of the as-synthesized materials are characterized using scan-ning electron microscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM)as well as Raman spectrum,re-spectively.The results show that well-crystallized CNTs with smooth surface and high purity can be produced by chemical vapor deposition method using 10wt%Cr catalyst at a growth temperature as low as 800 ℃,a growth time of 30 min,and under a mixed Ar/H2/C2 H4 gas with a flow rate of 800,2 450 and 300 mL/min,re-spectively.
