通过正交试验研究了热处理及化学处理对冷轧NiTi合金耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,酸洗及硝酸钝化能够明显提高NiTi合金在1%NaC1溶液中的击穿电位;退火处理能够降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位及自腐蚀电流.约400℃退火的NiTi合金试样的耐蚀性最好,较冷轧态自腐蚀电流降低近一个数量级.水煮处理略降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位与自腐蚀电流,一定程度上提高其耐蚀性.

The effects of heat - and chemical - treatments on corrosion characteristics of a NiTi alloy in 1% NaCI saline solution are studied by orthogonal method. The results show that the break through potential may be increased by pickling and passivation. Annealing decreases the free corrosion potential and current density markedly. Decocting processing seems have no effect on the break through and repassivation potential, but slightly reduces the free corrosion potential and current density.
