利用神经网络的分析方法,对炼油过程中的环烷酸腐蚀进行分析建模,综合考虑温度、环烷酸浓度和流速、材质和环烷酸腐蚀速度之间的关系,为准确的数学建模、准确的预测设备的使用寿命和相应专家系统的研制开拓了新的思路,也是神经网络分析在腐蚀研究中应用的一个尝试.

Aritifical neueal network (ANN) technology for the data processing of naphthenic acid corrosion is proposed after analyzing the general method for naphthenic acid corrosion. A metabolism model for predicting the corrosion life with ANN is presented, which does not need all kind parameters of materials and environments and only need some of data of relevantparameters of them such as temperature, naphthenic acid content and velocity, characteristics and corrosion rate of mateials in service. The feasibility of the model was verified by the data from literatures. It is proved that the ANN technology is applicable to the evaluation of the complicated system of naphthenic acid corrosion, and also gives a base to develop the expert system and residual life evaluation system for naphthenic acid corrosion.
