采用失重及电化学方法研究了碳钢在煤水两相介质中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在煤水两相介质中,钢的腐蚀既不同于钢在均相水中的腐蚀,也不同于与煤整体接触形成的腐蚀,腐蚀的初始形态为坑状,表象为均匀腐蚀.具有一定腐蚀性的固相(高煤化度的煤)明显加速钢的腐蚀.

The electrochemical corrosion behavior of plain carbon steel intwo - phase medium with coal and water was studied with mass loss measurements and electrochemical polarization tests. The results show that the corrosion of steel in the two-phase medium is not like that in a uniform solution of water or that contacted with block coal. The corroded surface of steel looks like uniform corrosion,however, it actually is pits corrosion in the begining. The corrosion rate is related to the character and size of solid phase although the electrochemical process of steel does not change in the two-phase medium. The corrosive solid phase (such as coal with higher degree of coalification)in the medium obviously increases the corrosion rate of steel. The corrosion mechanism of steel in the two-phase medium was also discussed.
