通过测试高阻值电阻两端电压的方法间接测试微小极化电流.当检测灵敏度提高后,抗干扰问题尤为突出.本文讨论了这类检测电路受干扰的来源,提出解决方法和研制的一种具有自动量程控制,可对极化电流从0.1nA到1A进行检测的电路,并通过实验证明了可行性.
Indirect measurement of tiny polarization current was conductedby means of measurement of the voltage at the resistor. The sources of factors disturbing the accurate measurement were analized and then wasy to overcome the problems related with disturbances are proposed. Furthermore,an electric circuit for measuring the current from 0.1 nA to 1 A is introduced by the authors.
