应用电化学方法研究了酸度、添加剂硝酸钠对A3钢常温磷化的影响.结果表明,在磷化液中加入适量的硝酸钠能明显优化常温磷化的动力学行为.提出了钢铁三步常温磷化的机理.

The influences of pH value and the concentration of NaNO3 on the phosphatizing performance for A3 steel were studied by electrochemical methods. It has been observed that the pH value isan important factor in phosphatizing process. However, the suitable concentration of NaNO3 could im-prove the kinetic process during phosphatizing. Finally,a three-step mechanism for phosphatizing at ambient temperatures was proposed
