应用扫描电镜能谱和X射线衍射方法对乙苯反应器腐蚀产物进行了分析.结果表明,造成乙苯反应器内壁以及内部结构15CrMo钢腐蚀的原因是,生产乙苯的原料气中所含O2,CO2,H2S等.在380~420℃时15CrMo钢氧化、硫化所致.对15CrMo钢表面喷铝处理可防止此类腐蚀的发生

The corrosion products formed on ethylbenzene reactor have been examined by using EDX and XRD. The corrosion of the inner surface of the reactor results from oxidation and sulphidation of 15 CrMo steel at 380℃~420℃ in the industrial environment containing O2、CO2、H2S etc.Furthermore,a measure for prevention from such corrosion case was proposed.
