为快速评价和研究低合金钢在以二氧化硫为主工业污染环境中的耐蚀性,采用干湿复合循环实验、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等方法研究了5种钢在试验环境中的腐蚀规律及腐蚀产物特征.结果显示出5种材料的耐蚀性降低的顺序为06CuP,CortenA,09CuP,20Steel,A3,没有添加合金元素的A3钢的腐蚀速率是最耐蚀的06CuP的2.49倍;腐蚀失重随时间均遵从指数衰减规律:y=y0+Ae-t/B.数据拟合计算的指前因子-A/B顺序与5种材料的耐蚀顺序一致.
