在涂层中添加缓蚀剂以改进硅烷锌铝涂层的防腐性能,研究了三种环保型缓蚀剂的影响,结果表明,缓蚀剂的加入改善了涂层的防腐性能,极化曲线结果显示,缓蚀剂主要是降低了涂层中锌铝粉的腐蚀电流,从而延缓了金属粉的消耗.通过对三种不同的缓蚀剂的对比研究发现,磷钼酸盐的缓蚀率高于氯化铈及钼酸盐.
