高级检索

采用金相、扫描电镜、电化学工作站等分析手段研究了在普通离子氮化炉引入铬、镍离子源,对奥氏体不锈钢进行铬、镍、氮多元离子淹没轰击处理后材料的表面形貌、成分和耐蚀性能等.结果表明:经铬、镍、氮多元离子淹没轰击处理后的奥氏体不锈钢表面形成强化层,表面硬度Hv达到12.7 GPa;该强化层的铬、氮的含量很高,主要由CrN和Fe4N相组成;其耐腐蚀性能与普通离子氮化相比得到明显改善.
