自制DSP控制的开关电源系统,实现了方波、交变方波、双极性方波和直流四种模式,并应用于AZ91D镁合金的阳极氧化.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了氧化膜的形貌、成分和腐蚀性能,初步探明脉冲电源的占空比,频率和电压等参数对阳极氧化过程和氧化膜耐蚀性能的影响.
