模压树脂传递成型工艺是一种新开发的低成本成型工艺,本文对其压制过程中的树脂流动性进行了实验研究。通过大量的实验,对比在不同模具形状、不同树脂初始堆砌形状时,压制过程中的树脂流动性及压强与树脂流速的关系,确定合适的树脂初始堆砌形状,以指导实际的生产操作。

Molding resin transfer processing technology is a new low cost processing technology for manufacturing composites. In this paper, the resin fluidity during processing is studied. The resin fluidity and the relationship between pressure and the resin flowing velocity when the mould is in different shape and the resin is differently stacked in the beginning is compared through a large number of experiments. Proper shape of the resin is selected,which is helpful for the practical production.
