根据碱催化阴离子聚合原理制备了连续碳纤维增强单体浇铸(MC)尼龙复合材料(CCF/MCPA).主要研究了CCF/MCPA复合材料的摩擦学性能和磨损机制.CCF/MCPA复合材料的摩擦系数随着载荷的增加呈现先升后降的态势,磨损率随着载荷的增加而增大.其磨损机制主要表现为粘着磨损和碳纤维的破碎和磨平的特征.
