本文研究了玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料(GMT)成型过程中布料层数和操作工艺对流动行为的影响.结果表明,随着布料层数增加,流动面积增大,相同坯料质量时3层布料较单层布料流动总面积增加约30%.提高模腔温度和压力均有利于材料流动,适宜操作条件为模温80℃~90℃,压力15MPa以上.
