玻璃纤维是一种性能优越的增强材料,广泛应用于制造业.本实验采用手工制备的高强玻璃纤维布层合板,平均厚度为20mm,并使用普通的高速钢(HSS)钻头,较真实地反应了一般钻削加工过程,使实验结果更具有实际意义.实验中利用现有设备,自制的传感器用于测定轴向力,对不同切削参数下的状况进行分析,最后使用显微镜观察微观状态下的分层状态,对得到的结论加以佐证.
