为研究树脂在厚铺层纤维增强体内部的流动情况,本文使用传感监测系统辅助对厚铺层结构纤维增强体内部流动情况进行实验研究.通过对比玻璃纤维织物铺层、加入导流布铺层及导流布和内置长丝毡配合使用3种不同铺层结构的内部流动情况,合理选择导流布长度以及在不影响结构要求的前提下,得到对于厚铺层结构,导流布与长丝毡的配合使用是改善其渗透性能的有效方法.

The internal permeable property of thick-section performs during LCM process was investigated. A method that can study the internal permeable situation of thick-section performs during LCM process by using sens-ing and monitoring systerm was introduced. The internal permeable property of glass fiber reinforcement, glass fiber with distribution media and glass fiber with distribution media and strand mat were studied. It is very critical to have the right size of distribution media on the performs to increase the productivity and ensure part quality. The combina-tion of distribution media and strand mat can be used to increase impregnation when the structure design allows.
