将芯层沟槽和泡沫芯材分开,应用有限元商业软件ANSYS,对芯层开槽的复合材料夹层板建立物理模型,进行弹性力学分析.研究了沟槽尺寸和沟槽内树脂材料特性对上下面层与芯层问的应力分布以及对板竖向位移的影响,分析了沟槽中树脂对面层和芯层间抗剥离能力的增强作用.

Separating the notches from the foam in the core layer,this paper builds a physical model for the elasticity analysis of sandwich plates by use of the commercial finite element software ANSYS.The effects of the size of notches and material properties of resin on the stress distributions between the core layer and the facial layers are studied,and the displacement of the plate is investigated.The role of resin in notches for preventing delaminations between the core layer and the facial layers is analyzed.
