对Bragg光栅在VARTM成型工艺中树脂流动过程及复合材料拉伸性能测试进行了研究.实验结果表明,在树脂流动过程中,通过波长随时间的变化可确定树脂流动前沿位置.当光纤的埋入方向平行于树脂流动方向时,光纤与复合材料的相容性较好.在拉伸过程中,光栅波长的变化与外加载荷呈良好的线性关系.因此,通过光栅波长的变化可进行树脂流动过程以及复合材料承受栽荷的监测.

This paper presents the research on FBG sensors for monitoring of resin flow in VARTM,embedding methods of FBG sensors and monitoring of composites structural health.It iS found that the arrival of the resin flow front could be detected by the shift of Bragg wavelength during infusion,FBG sensors can be better compatible with composites when laying in the parallel direction of resin flow,and the relation of the load and the wavelength monitored by FBG sensors is linear.Thus it is concluded that FBG sensors can be used to monitor resin flow and measure the internal strains and loads.
