本文通过球磨和化学的方法对两种粒径的二氧化硅粒子(250nm和650nm)进行表面改性,增强其在分散介质中的分散性,为制备性能良好的高浓度STF提供基础.研究结果表明,表面改性对250nm的二氧化硅粒子作用较小,而其中650nm的改性效果较好,能有效缓解二氧化硅粒子的团聚,并能配制剪切增稠作用显著的较高浓度的剪切增稠液.结果还表明,在不同的表面改性方法中,乙二醇分散煅烧的作用效果最好,且其高浓度STF的起始粘度较低,剪切增稠作用显著,更适用于STF-高性能纤维织物等柔性防护材料的制备.
