利用H-800透射电镜观察在不同温度下热处理的Ni-Co-P化学镀层的显微组织,分析了镀层的结构转变过程。研究结果表明,镀层在350℃以上热处理时,发生由非晶态向晶态的转变;Co能显著提高化学镀层的热稳定性,提高晶化转变温度。

This paper observes and analyses the structural transformation of electroless Ni-Co-P coating heat-treated under different temperatures with H-800 transmission electron microscope. The results show thai the amonphouscrystalline transition of the coating will take place when the heat treatment temperature exceeds 350 ℃. Co mpared with the crystallization process of Ni-P coating, it can be concluded that the presence of the third element of cobah improves the heat stability and raises the crystallization temperature of electroless coating.
