研究了两种碳化物((Fe,Cr)23C6型碳化物和(Fe,Cr) 7C3型碳化物)和3种基体组织(共析组织、马氏体组织和奥氏体组织)的高铬白口铸铁与淬火40Cr钢对磨时的干滑动摩擦磨损特性.试验结果表明,与(Fe,Cr)23C6型碳化物相比,(Fe,Cr) 7C3型碳化物有利于提高高铬白口铸铁的耐磨性,降低其摩擦系数;在高接触应力情况下 ,与马氏体和奥氏体基体的合金相比,共析组织基体的合金具有更大的摩擦系数,其耐磨性也更好.

The characteristics of dry sliding friction of high c hromium white cas t iron with quenching 40Cr steel were studied. A series of high chromium white c ast iron with two kinds of carbide and three kinds of matrix structure were test ed. The results indicate that (Fe,Cr)7C3 is more helpful to rising wear resi stance of high chromium white cast iron and lowering friction factor than (Fe,Cr )23C6. Under high contact stress condition, the alloy with eute ctoid matrix gives higher friction factor and has better wear resistance than th at with martensite and austenite matrix.
