利用固相反应法制备了Mg1+xB2 (x=0, 0.1, 0.2)超导体.粉末X射线衍射(XRD)表明过量Mg极易导致绝缘的MgB6和MgO杂相,Mg在MgB2中的固溶度很小,正常态电阻率随Mg过量增加而迅速增大.
