用固相反应合成的方法,制备出了不同比例的Zn-Ti取代BaM型六角晶系铁氧体材料,研究了温度和取代量对产物的相组成、微观形貌以及电磁性能的影响.结果表明,温度的提高有利于晶体的长大和发育完整,样品晶粒均呈六角形板片状,比较适合用于吸波用途.随着取代量的增加, BaZnTiM的复介电常数增大,介电损耗呈波动变化,磁损耗则呈下降趋势.
