探索了以淀粉作为粘结剂和造孔剂来制备多孔陶瓷的淀粉固结工艺,制成的多孔陶瓷的密度为0.804~1.032g/cm3,孔隙率为65.6%~73.2%.研究表明,陶瓷浆料具有剪切变稀的特性,且随淀粉含量的增加,浆料的粘度上升;另外,淀粉含量、烧成温度、保温时间等对材料孔隙率、体积密度等有很大影响.
