利用化学处理法在铁磁粉表面直接生成无机磷酸盐包覆层,并采用粉末冶金法进行压制烧结得到铁粉基软磁复合材料(SMCs).利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射对SMC材料包覆层的显微形貌和组成进行了分析,并利用差热热重分析法探讨了包裹层的高温变化.结果表明,化学处理法能够实现铁粉表面的磷酸盐包覆,且在600℃左右非晶态磷酸铁会发生晶化作用,从而可能转变成可导体使包裹层的绝缘性被破坏,而非其高温热分解造成,这还需要进一步的电阻测量试验来证实.
