近年来,涂层硬质合金在涂层材料、物理结构、涂层技术、晶粒尺度、基体等诸多方面取得了长足进步.本文从材料学角度,综述了涂层硬质合金在涂层方法、涂层结构类型、涂层材料及结构、涂层基体等方面的国内外研究进展,结合具体涂镀技术和工艺,对比和讨论了不同类型涂层的物理性能、力学性能、切削性能和适用范围,并对涂层硬质合金行业的发展进行了展望.
