多铁性材料是一种新型材料,即一种材料同时具备铁电性、铁磁性和磁电耦和性.多铁性材料已成为当前国际上一个新的研究热点.介绍了多铁性复合薄膜的结构、2-2型多铁性复合薄膜的制备方法以及制备BiFeO3-Fe双层多铁性薄膜的最佳生长条件.
