分别以硝酸镍和硫脲作镍源及硫源、以乙二醇作溶剂,采用溶剂热技术成功地制备了Ni,S2,α-NiS和NiS2粉体.研究结果显示原料的配比及反应温度能够影响产物的物相组成及形貌.
