等通道侧向挤压技术(ECAE)是提高合金塑性、改善组织性能的一种重要途径,对提高后续成形加工质量有重要作用.本文论述了等通道侧向挤压的原理及工业应用,描述了ECAE挤压过程,对ECAE过程中的挤压路径、挤压角度、挤压速度、挤压温度等工艺参数对组织性能的影响做了详细的分析.
