以碱为催化剂,通过新酚树脂与4-硝基邻苯二甲腈之间的亲核取代反应,制备了邻苯二甲腈醚化新酚树脂(BPX).流变性能测试结果表明,BPX树脂在165~285℃间黏度值小于400mPa.s,表明该树脂具有优良的加工性能.DSC测试结果表明,BPX树脂的固化温度范围为320~420℃,固化反应峰值温度为386.24℃,固化放热约为182.26J/g.该树脂的固化物表现出优良的耐热性,其储能模量起始下降温度高于450℃,5%失重温度(T5d)约为519℃,氮气氛围900℃残碳率约为75%.
